TRAINING
Unlike other gyms, we do not charge additional fees to help you get started on your fitness journey. For no additional cost, we are happy to get you going on a workout and answer any training or nutritional questions you may have. Once you are more comfortable with our facility and have new questions, we are there for you-just ask!

We also offer unlimited tanning, with both the bed and the stand-up capsule available! Available for $25/mth to our members.
